Interlibrary Loan Patron Satisfaction at the Wichita State University Libraries

Abstract: ABSTRACT. In 2004, the Wichita State University (WSU) interlibrary loan services completed a study of currently available interlibrary loan software. Based upon the results ofthe study, the library chose the Interlibrary Loan Internet Accessible database (ILLiad). After implementation, individual training was offered to patrons.
