“…Morel-lavallee injury (MLL) is a kind of closed soft tissue detroculation injury caused by high energy violence (including tra c accidents and serious mechanical crushing injury) [1,2] .The occurrence of such injuries is often accompanied by the separation of skin and subcutaneous tissues of the affected limb from bone joints and tendons, resulting in the complete stripping of the shallow or deep layer of the deep fascia and extensive damage to the subdermal vascular network. “…As nationwide investigation on DSTI is sparse 6 , there is a lack of comprehensive understanding of the overall characteristics of this injury.
