The importance of madrasa-centered management and issues related to the management of the curriculum in madrasah in order to facilitate the learning process in an educational institution. This article aims to understand the concepts of Islamic education management, curriculum management, student affairs, infrastructure, finance, and the challenges Madrasah management faces. This article is written based on a literature study. This study relies on library research methods, where the necessary data and information to refine this article are taken from sources available in libraries, such as books and journals. A description of the madrasah, including its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, financial management, and management challenges. Management is crucial in ensuring the smoothness of the learning process at educational institutions, including establishing positive relationships between the institution and parents or students, as well as the community. This discussion will address aspects of management at educational institutions, such as Madrasah management and its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, and financial management and its challenges. All elements within the management of educational institutions must be integrated and have a close reciprocal relationship because if one aspect encounters problems, the learning process can be disrupted.

Having a person with good morals and being able to respond to various kinds of moral decline that hinder educational development. So its implementation is very necessary as a first step in building the moral education system of the Indonesian nation. The formulation in this research contains an explanation of the concept of cultivating the five souls in the formation of santri morals at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, the application of the five souls in forming santri morals at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, the application of the five souls in forming santri morals at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, as well as factors supporting and inhibiting the five souls in the formation of morals. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. This research is field research, the methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research is the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor 9 family. Data analysis used in this research uses a data reduction method which is then presented in descriptive form and verified by drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the concept of five soul education at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor 9.

The house of Abraham was a place of worship, a place of peace, a place of peace, a place of peace, and a place of honor..24 hours a day., The santri lived in the cottage with all the routine and duties in the cottage and in school.With a densely packed routine and activities performed by the santrian, Makes the santri have a higher stress level..However, With a good coping for the santri when solving the problem.Lets the santri have a good stress level.The research was intended to find out coping stress in the princess-speaking santri dorm at the boarding house of kastren salafiyah syafi yaah sukorejo cababondo.Method used is descriptive quantity.Populations in this study are santri in the central language of a teenage and adult daughter., obtained a sample of 140 of 216 people using a proportionate stratified random trampling technique. Studies show that the tendency to coping stress on the princess central language hostel station in the motion focused dimension of 72.9 % (102 student), on dimension of focused coping 66.4 % (93 student). Based on the results of the independent test samples sig. (2-tailed), 033<0.05 points to a significant difference between adolescent and adult development.Coping stress can be used as one way to reduce stress. Thus, The higher the coping is done, Then it's going to be less stress levels.
