Internet of Nonthermal Food Processing Technologies (IoNTP): Food Industry 4.0 and Sustainability

Abstract: With the introduction of Industry 4.0, and smart factories accordingly, there are new opportunities to implement elements of industry 4.0 in nonthermal processing.
