Interpretation of left ventricular dimensions of neonates obtained from echocardiographic examinations during the early neonatal period

Abstract: BACKGROUND: In neonates without physiological pulmonary hypertension, left ventricular end-diastolic dimensions (LVDd) are determined with two-dimensional echocardiography and formulated equations.
