Interruption of the spinolaminar line at C6 and C7: a normal variant

Abstract: Objective: To describe a normal variant of the lower cervical spine manifested as interruption of the spinolaminar line. Although disruption of this line is a useful sign of significant cervical spine injury, it is important to note that this finding may represent a normal variation.
