Interstitial Pneumonia with HLA-B54 Antigen that Responded Well to Erythromycin

Abstract: A 65-year-old Japanese man with interstitial pneumonia demonstrated honeycomb lung with thickened walls on chest high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) and predominance of neutrophils in the cell fraction of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
