The purpose of this research was to know the effect of Wudhu theraphy on sleep disorders of the students of Islam Nurul Ihsan Junior High School Palangka Raya. The decrease in students’ concentration and discipline at school as a result of nighttime sleep disorders was one of the issues noted. Ten students from Islam Nurul Ihsan Junior High School Palangka Raya in grades 71 and 83 were chosen as the sample of this qualitative research, which used a purposive sampling technique. The data needed was gathered using interview and observation. The questionnaires were distributed to the students to gather the data regarding the level of sleep disorders experienced by the students. Then, The results of questionnaires were analyzed using the Likert scale calculation formula. The final result of the implementation of Wudhu therapy to reduce sleep disorders in the students of grade 71 and 83 of Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya Islamic Junior High School was categorized as fairly successful. This could be noticed in the change experienced by the students after receiving Wudhu therapy. The students who experienced sleep disorders tended to be easily tired, frequently yawn, and late for class. However, after receiving Wudhu therapy, the students who were frequently late for class before became on time for class, not easy to feel sleepy in class, not easy to feel tired, and being able to concentrate on the learning process, so that the school lessons could be understood by the students.
