“…Psychopharmacology, although considered an efficient treatment with large effect sizes in short term trials ( Mechler et al, 2022 ) as long it is taken, has remarkable adverse effects (e.g., weight loss, sleep disturbance, irritability, tachycardia, headache), and dose increases along treatment are necessary to maintain the full efficacy of the drugs ( Caye et al, 2019 ).
