Intra-operative Coronary Subclavian Steal Syndrome

Abstract: Coronary-subclavian steal syndrome (CSSS) describes the condition whereby haemodynamically significant proximal subclavian artery stenosis results in flow limitation or reversal within the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) graft, classically precipitated by upper limb exertion.
