Intracardiac Extension of Intravenous Leiomyomatosis in a Patient with Vascular Pelvic Tumor and Prior Hysterectomy

Abstract: Uterine leiomyoma (UL) is the most common benign smooth muscle tumour of the premenopausal women. Rarely it shows malignant behaviour by metastasizing through the pelvic veins into systemic veins, inferior vena cava (IVC), there it is termed as intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL).
