Intracellular and intercellular gene regulatory networks inference from time-course individual RNA-Seq

Abstract: Motivation: Recent technical advances in bulk RNA-Seq have enabled time-course RNA-Seq of whole individual embryos to understand the underlying molecular mechanisms.
