Abstract:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), which is ordinarily a very invasive tumor and often takes a rapid and fatal course, sometimes shows macroscopic intra bile duct extension. We present a case of a 45-year-old Indian gentleman who presented with jaundice.
