Abstract: The present study aimed to determine the efficacy of intranasal administration of a standardized extract of Gotu kola, i.e., Centella asiatica (L.) Urban (INDCA-NS) with marker triterpenoids for the prevention of nitroglycerine- (NTG)-induced recurrent migraine in rats.
