Intraoperative administration of dexmedetomidine reduces the analgesic requirements for children undergoing hypospadius surgery

Abstract: Intravenous administration of dexmedetomidine intraoperatively during hypospadius repair in children reduces intraoperative and postoperative analgesic requirements and lowers heart rate and blood pressure.
