Abstract: Careful examination of motor evoked potential (MEP) ndings is critical to the safety of intraoperative neuromonitoring during neurosurgery. We reviewed the intraoperative MEP ndings in a pediatric patient who had undergone hemispherotomy for refractory epilepsy.
