Abstract:Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a chronic neuropathic pain disorder often following trauma, associated with severe pain and autonomic disturbances in the affected limbs. Managing CRPS is challenging due to the lack of FDA-approved medications, often requiring off-label treatments.
