Intraosseous infusion of acyclovir in a neonate

Abstract: Intraosseous (IO) access offers a fast and reliable route for administration of fluids and drugs when intravenous (IV) accesses like umbilical, peripheral, or peripherally inserted central lines fail in critically ill neonates.
