Intraspecific Variations Among Strains of Penicillium aurantiogriseum using Ubiquinone and Protein Profiles

Abstract: Ubiquinone and protein profiles of twenty nine Penicillium aurantiogriseum type strains were studied as chemotaxonomic markers. Both markers succeeded in classifying the investigated type strains into three (for ubiquinone) and four (for protein) main groups.
