Abstract:Background/Objectives: Multiple immune-modulatory strategies have been tested in efforts to mitigate the pro-tumor microenvironment in pediatric high-grade glioma. HSV1716 is an oncolytic virus that previously demonstrated evidence of response in adult and pediatric patients.
