Intrauterine Gewichtsschätzung mittels Ultraschall

Abstract: At the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the University of Mainz, the foetal weights were estimated in 196 foetuses between 24 and 42 weeks of gestation. All estimates were based on sonographic determination 0-6 days prior to delivery. “…Hart et al [18] recently developed a new formula including AC, FL, HC and maternal weight to predict the EFW in macrosomic fetuses, and compared this formula with seven different formulas (Hadlock I [4], Hadlock II [4], Hadlock III [4], Hadlock IV [4], Warsof [13], Campbell [1] and Merz [6]).
