Intravascular Large B Cell Lymphoma as a Rare Cause of Reversed Halo Sign

Abstract: Intravascular large B cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare type of extranodal diffused large B-cell lymphoma. IVLBCL with primary lung lesion is very rare and it is very difficult to diagnose. Radiographic findings of pulmonary IVLBCL are nonspecific and resembling interstitial lung diseases.
