Abstract:Programmed death‐ligand 1 (PD‐L1) is a critical immune checkpoint protein that facilitates tumor immune evasion. While antibody‐based PD‐1/PD‐L1 inhibitors have shown promise, their limitations necessitate the development of alternative therapeutic strategies.
