“…There is abundant literature describing the social policy expansion in Latin America since the year 2000, that is, the increase in coverage or inclusion in social policy (Holland & Schneider, 2017; Huber & Stephens, 2012; Ocampo & Gómez‐Arteaga, 2016; Rofman et al, 2015).
