Farmers are the foundation for the modernization and development of agriculture and the countryside, and they are the backbone of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Seriously doing a good job of training farmers and building a high-quality rural human resources team can lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and ensure that poverty eradication and the rural revitalization strategy are effectively linked. Therefore, in the new period, we should focus on the goal of rural human resources development, accelerate the adjustment and optimization of human resources structure, effectively improve the overall quality of agricultural and rural professionals, and ensure that the trained talents can master the work methods and management methods, so as to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy more effectively, and to improve the economic income of farmers. Through the examination of the actual situation of rural education and training, this paper has a broader and deeper understanding of the problem of farmers’ education and training in China and puts forward relevant measures and solutions.
