Introducing the scr-OLBI

Abstract: Abstract. The Greek version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI), used to assess exhaustion and disengagement from work, was analyzed using item response theory analyses to investigate the dimensionality and the psychometric properties of the measure’s items.
