Abstract

This volume adopts an interdisciplinary perspective to investigate the history and the themes of race and racism in Italy from the liberal age to the colonial wars up to the present through Fascism and the First Republic, and the intertwining of the cultural, legislative and political dynamics of Marcella Simoni and Davide Lombardo have written this introduction jointly.
