Abstract:Jejunojejunal intussusception is a rare yet severe complication of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGBP) surgery. We are presenting a unique case of retrograde jejunal intussusception with a closed-loop blockage and an associated abdominal herniation that occurred two years after a laparoscopic RYGBP.
