Abstract:Invasive fusariosis (IF) most commonly occurs in patients with hematologic malignancies and severe neutropenia, particularly during concomitant corticosteroid use. Breakthrough infections can occur in high‐risk patients despite Aspergillus‐active antifungal prophylaxis.
