Invasive Lobular Carcinoma of the Breast: a challenge to the radiologist

Abstract: Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is the second most common histological sub type of breast cancer among women. Its' characteristic immuno-histopathology leads to less conspicuous clinical and radiological features resulting in delayed diagnosis.
