Inverse Design of Optical Microring Resonators Using a Supervised Machine Learning Approach

Abstract: This work introduces a supervised machine learning approach to design and optimize optical micro-ring resonators, hence improving design accuracy and efficiency. Using Keras and Optuna, the suggested approach significantly reduces computational resources than conventional techniques.
