It is imperative to identify strategies that enable the reuse of waste and help limit our consumption of natural resources. Enhancing waste water disposal methods will provide a significant cost reduction, potentially up to 50% of the overall expenses. The differences between fresh and hardened concrete are analysed in this research paper, where Waste Paper Sludge Ash (WPSA) is utilized as a replacement for cement. By incorporating waste paper sludge ash (WPSA), concrete structures can exhibit increased durability, improved workability, and reduced water absorption. Different testing techniques were implemented to confirm the suitability of the concrete for its application as a structural component. It was discovered through the study that the inclusion of waste paper sludge ash (WPSA) had a positive impact on the strength of concrete.
