Abstract:Hot-forming technology for 22MnB5 hot-forming steel (22MnB5 HF steel) plates has been widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry in recent years. Physical simulation and numerical modeling were carried out in order to determine the forming limit of a 22MnB5 steel plate for the stamping process. The deformation experiments were performed in a temperature range of 600~900 °C and a strain rate range of 0.1~10 s−1.
