Abstract: Stone veneer has been known for a long time. But mostly it has been used as a finishing material, which is widely applied in decorating the outer surfaces of buildings and facilities. Stone veneer is a thin cut of natural stone - slate, which is applied to fiberglass or textiles. The thickness of the veneer is in the range of 2-3 mm.
