Investigation of antitumor activities of trastuzumab delivered by PLGA nanoparticles

Abstract: Background We report the development of an efficient antibody delivery system for the incorporation of trastuzumab (TZ) into poly(lactic- co -glycolic) acid nanoparticles (PLGA NPs).
