Investigation of carbon incorporation in laser-assisted MOCVD of GaN

Abstract: Background carbon (C) impurity incorporation in metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) grown gallium nitride (GaN) represents one of the major issues in further improving GaN vertical power device performance.
