Investigation of current-voltage and energetic characteristics of triode glow discharge electron guns

Abstract: This paper is devoted to theoretical analyze of current-voltage and energetic characteristics of triode high voltage glow discharge electron guns, which are very advanced for using in modern electron beam technologies. Regulation of high voltage discharge current is realized by lighting additional lowvoltage non-self-maintained discharge.
