Abstract:In this research, we developed a tin-based eco-friendly CH3NH3Sn(I1-xClx)3 perovskite solar cell to simulate the architecture FTO/TiO2/CH3NH3Sn(I1-xClx)3/Cu2O by using the SCAPS-1D.
