Abstract: Conventional manufacturing of wrought aluminum alloys generally involves rolling and forming of sheets of aluminum into the finished product. While these processes rapidly produce parts, produced parts are inherently limited to uniform thicknesses, specific geometries, and homogeneous material properties.
