Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the histological and histochemical properties of mouse placenta samples from different periods of pregnancy. For this purpose, mouse placenta samples were collected on the fourth, tenth, and seventeenth days of pregnancy and blocked in paraffin. Serial sections of 5μ thickness were taken at 50μ intervals.
