“…The association between HPV and bladder cancer has been explored in some studies in Africa. HPV was observed at a low percentage in South Africa (1.1%) [18] and no evidence of HPV infection was detected by morphological examination and PCR in any case of bladder carcinoma from Tunisian patients [7].
