Investigation of low dose rate effects in DC/DC converters

Abstract: Results of low dose rate DC/DC convertors' behavior are presented. Experiments conducted at LINAC and Co 60 -sources utilizing various accelerated methods and reduced dose rate for low dose rate effects (LDRE) accounting. PWMcontroller is appeared to be the most total dose sensitive part of DC/DC converters.Index Terms-total ionizing dose, low dose rate effects, DC/DC converter.
