Abstract:Microalgae are among the important microorganisms for a sustainable world as a source of renewable energy. In this study, three new microalgae were isolated from different regions of Türkiye and identified by molecular techniques. First isolate was Chlorella sorokiniana Shihira and Krauss, 1965 which was isolated from Dim River, second was Pseudochloris wilhelmii Somogyi et al., 2013 from Tokat and the third was Tetradesmus obliquus (Turpin) Wynne and Hallan, 2016 from Tunca River.
