Abstract:In the pursuit of advancing spin‐wave optics, the propagation of magnetostatic surface spin‐waves is investigated in a uniform permalloy waveguide with in‐situ nanopatterned grooves created through Atomic Force Microscopy nanolithography and Focused Ion Beam etching.
