Abstract:Executive SummaryDiesel particle filters (DPF) dramatically reduce the level of particulate matter (PM) emitted by diesel engines. There has not, however, been much research to verify that unregulated organic pollutants associated with diesel PM are also reduced by the use of DPFs.
