Investigation of Optoelectronic Properties of Organic Semiconductor Tetracyaoquinodimethane Based Heterostructures

Abstract: Recently, interfacial layer such as metal oxide, insulator and polymer have been used by scientists between the metal and semiconductor to increase the stability of the metal-semiconductor heterojunctions.
