Investigation of organs dosimetry precision using ATOM phantom and optically stimulated luminescence detectors in computed tomography

Abstract: The primary objective of this study was to compare organ doses measured using optically stimulated luminescent dosimeters (OSLDs) with those estimated by the CT-EXPO software for common CT protocols. An anthropomorphic ATOM phantom was employed to measure organ doses across head, chest, and abdominal CT scans performed on a Hitachi Supria 16-slice CT scanner.
