Abstract:Objective: Hippocampal sclerosis (HS) is usually associated with typical anterior temporal spikes/sharp waves in the electroencephalography (EEG). We aimed to investigate the clinical, electrophysiologic differences, and prognosis between HS patients with unusual epileptic foci in comparison with patients with typical foci.
