“…The HOMO levels follow thiourea < pristine < urea < PPD, with thiourea having the lowest HOMO to facilitate charge transfer, while the LUMO levels follow PPD > pristine > thiourea > urea, with PPD having the highest LUMO to enable redox reactions.
