Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to determine pre-service middle school mathematics teachers’ habits of mind. The method of the study was determined as a case study. Participants are 23 junior pre-service middle school mathematics teachers. Data were collected with four open-ended linear and quadratic pattern problems.
